Return Timeframes by Product Type

Different product categories have different return windows:

  • Bags, Belts, and Wallets:
    You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Watches:
    You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.


Notification Period

Regardless of product type, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery if there are any issues such as damage, defects, or incorrect items.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for return, items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in brand new condition.

  • Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

  • Not have been altered, cleaned, or show any signs of wear.

Please note:
Items showing any signs of use or wear—including trying on—will not be accepted for return or refund.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected]. We will promptly arrange:

  • A replacement or refund.

  • Reimbursement of your original and return shipping costs, if the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Customized or personalized products.

  • Final sale or clearance items.

  • Items with visible wear, alterations, or damage.


Return Process

  1. Contact Customer Support:
    Before sending any items back, you must email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Obtain Authorization:
    We will provide a return authorization (RMA), the return address, and detailed instructions.

    Do not ship any items to the original shipping address or sender without authorization.

  3. Pack & Ship:
    Securely package your return and ship it using a trackable courier service.

  4. Inspection:
    All returns will be inspected before a refund or exchange is processed.


Shipping & Fees

  • For returns due to personal reasons (e.g., size or style change), return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • A $25 restocking fee applies to all returns or refunds.

  • If you request an exchange, shipping for the replacement item is also the customer’s responsibility.

  • If the return is due to our error or a defective product, all related shipping costs will be covered by us.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).
